Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to monitor and control inventory across all Sweet Line outlets. The role involves conducting regular outlet audits, ensuring compliance with inventory management procedures, minimizing wastage, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular inventory audits across assigned outlets.
- Ensure proper implementation of FIFO (First In, First Out), LIFO (Last In, First Out), and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) inventory practices.
- Monitor stock movement and identify discrepancies.
- Control product wastage and recommend corrective actions.
- Verify product expiry dates and ensure timely stock rotation.
- Check inventory records and physical stock accuracy.
- Ensure proper product display as per company standards.
- Monitor employee grooming and hygiene standards.
- Report inventory variances, damages, shortages, and excess stock.




- Coordinate with outlet teams to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Submit daily and weekly audit reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in inventory control, retail operations, or FMCG.
- Positive knowledge of FIFO, LIFO, FEFO, stock auditing, and inventory reconciliation.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
- Willingness to travel frequently between outlets.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits

- Shift: 11 Hours
- Weekly Off: 02 Monthly Offs

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
