About the Role:
As a Telesales Representative, you'll be the voice of our company. Your mission is to engage prospects over the phone, build relationships, and close deals. You'll work closely with our sales team, contribute to our growth goals, and help shape a great customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Present products/services, answer questions, and overcome objections.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Accurately record interactions and update CRM systems.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).
- Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and phone systems.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,225.03 per month
