Job Title: Jewellery Salesman

Job Summary:

A Jewellery Stylist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by understanding customer preferences and recommending jewellery that suits their style, occasion, and budget. The role focuses on enhancing the customer shopping experience, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the visual appeal of the showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery collections.
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery for weddings, festive occasions, daily wear, and gifting.
- Explain product features, diamond specifications, gemstone quality, certifications, and hallmarking.
- Build robust customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle billing coordination and ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain product displays and ensure showcases are clean, organized, and attractive.
- Coordinate with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain display standards.
- Follow company SOPs for inventory handling and security.
- Assist in stock counting and inventory management.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and new collections.




- Support social media or live selling activities whenever required.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Good knowledge of jewellery, diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals (preferred).
- Fashion sense and styling ability.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (POS, MS Office, CRM).

Qualifications:

- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in jewellery retail or luxury retail preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and styling skills may also apply.

As per company policy and retail store timings.

- Product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Display maintenance and adherence to SOPs.
