The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data across various systems, including CRM, ERP, project management software, and spreadsheets. The role supports multiple departments by ensuring that business information is complete, accurate, and readily available for operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Record Management

Enter customer, project, vendor, employee, and financial data into company systems.

Update records accurately and promptly as recent information becomes available.

Verify data before entry to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Maintain organized digital records and documentation.

Fast and accurate typing skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.

0-2 years of experience in data entry, administration, or office support.

Freshers with excellent computer proficiency and typing skills may also apply.
