The trainee will undergo structured training to develop product knowledge, sales techniques, customer relationship management, and business operations, preparing them for a successful career in automotive sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Interact with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through various channels.
- Conduct customer presentations and vehicle demonstrations.




- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Support marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and dealership events.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and maintain sales records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
