Key Responsibilities:
For Guest Service Associate / Sr. GSA / Captain (F&B;):
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction at all times
- Take orders and serve food & beverages efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the service area
- Handle guest queries and resolve concerns promptly
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of hospitality/food industry (preferred)
- Willingness to learn and grow
