Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated fresher to join our sales team. The role will involve cold calling potential clients, following up on leads, and assisting the sales team in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct cold calls to potential clients and generate interest in our products/services.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with prospects.
- Assist the sales team in managing client relationships and closing deals.
- Maintain records of interactions and update CRM regularly.
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on progress.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in IT specialization or BE in any specialization. MBA in Marketing or IT specialization.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Basic understanding of sales principles is a plus.
