Role: Field Sales Executive

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required.

Freshers and candidates with up to 3 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Valuable interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a customer-first attitude.

Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.

Daily travel requirement of more than 150 kms.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily visits to potential customers at their residences.

Present and demonstrate automation products, explaining their features and benefits.





Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.

Provide timely feedback to the management team regarding customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports.

Preferred Skills:

Basic understanding of field sales and customer handling.

Solid negotiation and convincing skills.

Ability to adapt quickly and learn product knowledge effectively.
