We are looking for a competent and confident Physiotherapist who can independently assess, diagnose, and manage patients. You will be responsible for handling patients end-to-end—from first consultation to recovery—while following Reflect’s structured protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct independent patient assessments (subjective + objective evaluation)
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapy + exercise-based rehab programs
- Track patient progress using Movement Score / outcome measures
- Educate patients on condition, recovery timelines, and home programs
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow-ups
- Ensure high patient satisfaction and retention




- Collaborate with clinic systems (not dependent supervision)

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT)
- Ability to independently assess and treat orthopedic / MSK conditions
- Robust clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
- Confidence in exercise prescription and progression
- Good communication skills with patients
- Basic digital skills for documentation
- Candidates with Manual therapy experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
