Key Responsibilities:

- Audit Planning: Develop comprehensive audit plans and strategies, including risk assessment and materiality considerations.
- Execution: Conduct statutory audits in accordance with relevant auditing standards and regulations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
- Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to understand their business operations, address audit queries, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior auditors, review their work, and provide guidance to ensure high-quality audit outcomes.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accounting standards, including local and international guidelines.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, conclusions, and recommendations for management and stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to enhance audit processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

- Professional Certification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid certification from a recognized accounting body.
- Experience: 0-4 years of experience in statutory auditing,



preferably with exposure to a variety of industries.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
- Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ethics: High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with audit software and tools.
- Knowledge of international accounting and auditing standards (e.g., IFRS, ISA).
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
