We are looking for a proactive, client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Servicing Executive. You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, timely delivery of services, and overall client satisfaction. Your ability to communicate, multitask, team leadership and build relationships will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

● Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

● Understand client requirements, business goals, and translate them into actionable tasks.

● Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, production, etc.) to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.

● Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, manage expectations, and address concerns.

● Monitor ongoing projects to ensure they align with timelines, budgets, and client objectives.

● Supervise and guide a team of CRM professionals

● Ensure task allocation, quality checks, and timely delivery





● Handle feedback and escalate issues when necessary.

● Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and account growth.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in any field.

● 5 years (or more for managerial roles) of experience in client servicing.

● Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

● Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.

● Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

● Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

● Experience working in advertising, marketing, or digital media agencies
● Knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and campaign management.
● Comfort with handling client budgets and KPI’s.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
