Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with clear variance analysis.
- Develop monthly sales PPT dashboards for management review.
- Reconciliation
- Perform sales reconciliation (sales vs. returns) to ensure accuracy in reported figures.
- Conduct stock reconciliation between warehouse records and marketplace panels.
- Handle marketplace reconciliation (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Tata Cliq, etc.) including settlements, deductions, and claims.
- Forecasting & Analysis
- Prepare sales forecasting models based on historical trends and growth targets.
- Support management with insights into performance, profitability, and growth opportunities.
- Discounts & Claims
- Maintain discount claim files (seller-funded vs. marketplace-funded).
- Track promotional spends and ensure timely claim settlements.
- Financial Reporting
- Assist in preparing Profit & Loss statements with a detailed breakdown of revenue, discounts,



charges, and net profitability.
- Highlight variances and provide actionable insights for cost optimization.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of e-commerce marketplace channels such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, and other online platforms.
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliation templates, dashboards).
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools for visualization (If required )
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Billing, Operations, Warehouse, MIS).

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in MIS, reconciliation, or e‑commerce reporting.
