Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Executive to join our team in Nadiad. The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate records in Excel and company databases while ensuring data confidentiality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter data accurately into MS Excel and company software.
- Verify and update existing records.
- Maintain physical and digital documentation.
- Prepare reports and maintain databases.
- Scan, organize, and file documents.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect required information.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Required Skills





- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Quick and accurate typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in Data Entry or Back Office.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
