Requirements:

Willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including morning, evening, and night shifts.

Final salary will be discussed based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and qualified manner
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
- Register patients and update personal and insurance information
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Handle billing inquiries and collect payments when required
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with hospital policies




- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification is a plus)
- Previous experience in a hospital or medical office preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical record systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
