Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele-callers – Financial Products Sales to connect with potential customers, explain financial products and generate qualified leads. The role involves outbound calling, understanding customer needs and supporting the sales team in closing opportunities.
Requirements
✓ Positive communication skills in Hindi and/or English
✓ Confident, courteous, and persuasive calling skills
✓ Ability to understand and explain basic financial concepts
✓ Tele-calling or Financial Products Sales experience preferred (freshers may apply)
✓ Basic knowledge of CRM or call records is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
✦ Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases
✦ Explain financial products clearly and accurately in a simple manner
✦ Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable options
✦ Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
✦ Maintain basic call records and follow-up details
✦ Ensure polite, professional, and compliant communication at all time
