Location : Hebbal office, Bangalore.

Job Brief

Acufore is seeking a Design EngineerHeavy Engineering, to work in a balanced workplace of

fastgrowing company with established clienteles.

- Participate within a Team culture, from initial designto prototyping and testing, working with Sales,

manufacturing, and testing team by providing unique outofthebox designs utilizing specific

scopes of work.

- Primary Designs are for custom heavy engineered products like lifting equipment, Forestry

Equipment, earth moving equipment and attachments for Skid steer, Backhoe, Excavator, Tractor

etc, using Solidworks , Inventor and Solid Edge.

- Develop design concepts, engineering calculations, 3D models and detailed drawings, while





working closely with international customers and their fabrications.

- CAD automation, programming, Macro development (experience in VBA, Driveworks or other

programming languages required).

- Communicating with customers and validating/signingoff approval drawings, creating asbuilt

updates, maintaining project records including changeorders/ adders and participating in

LessonsLearned/Best Practices Post Project Analysis.

- Attending customer predesign discussions, project kickoffs calls and providing development

engineering support.

Academic & trades qualifications

(UG B.Tech/B.E./DiplomaMechanical, Production/Industrial)

Work experience & skills

35years of Experience in (DesignHeavy Equipment, Sheet metal design, Basic understanding

about GD &T; and Manufacturing processes)
