Key Responsibilities

- Review and abstract key financial and legal information from lease agreements, accurately entering data into client applications or Excel spreadsheets.
- Extract and interpret critical lease information, applying appropriate assumptions where required, and populate standardized lease abstract forms.
- Analyze lease documents to identify and validate financial obligations, including Common Area Maintenance (CAM), property taxes, insurance, rent schedules, and other recoverable operating expenses.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of lease abstraction while adhering to client-specific guidelines and quality standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Robust ability to interpret, paraphrase, and summarize lease agreement clauses.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and reasoning abilities.
- High level of attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to understand and interpret complex legal terminology and lease language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of lease administration platforms such as Yardi, MRI, or JDE is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
