We are looking for an experienced Solar Electrician to join our team in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for residential, commercial, or industrial projects. The candidate should be safety-conscious, technically skilled, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

- Install, commission, and maintain rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.
- Perform electrical wiring, panel installation, inverter installation, and system connections.
- Troubleshoot and repair faults in solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and electrical components.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and installation layouts.
- Ensure all installations comply with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
- Test system performance and complete commissioning reports.




- Coordinate with project supervisors and clients during installation and maintenance activities.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate service records.

Requirements

- ITI Electrician, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in solar PV installation and electrical work.
- Valuable knowledge of solar inverters, DC/AC wiring, net metering, earthing, and electrical safety practices.
- Ability to identify and resolve electrical and solar system faults.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within Kerala, if required.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with residential, commercial, or industrial solar projects.
- Knowledge of battery backup systems and hybrid/on-grid/off-grid solar systems.
- Experience working at heights and following site safety protocols.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
