We are seeking an experienced Accessibility Testing Lead to lead and mentor a team of approximately 10 accessibility testers while ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in accessibility standards, compliance regulations, assistive technologies, accessibility testing tools, and stakeholder management.

This role requires strong leadership, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accessible digital experiences that meet global compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of approximately 10 accessibility testers.
- Plan, assign, and monitor accessibility testing activities to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct and oversee accessibility testing for web applications, mobile applications, and digital documents.
- Evaluate compliance with WCAG 2.1, WCAG 2.2, Section 508, ADA, and PDF/UA standards.
- Perform manual and automated accessibility testing using tools such as axe DevTools, WAVE, and ANDI.
- Validate keyboard accessibility, screen reader compatibility, color contrast, ARIA implementation, and responsive accessibility.
- Utilize assistive technologies including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack.
- Review accessibility defects, audit findings, and compliance reports.
- Provide remediation guidance and collaborate with developers, designers, QA teams, and content authors to resolve accessibility issues.
- Define, monitor,



and report accessibility quality metrics and KPIs.
- Support client engagements, accessibility audits, pre-sales activities, and RFP responses.
- Establish accessibility testing processes, governance models, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8–12+ years of experience in Accessibility Testing and Compliance.
- Proven experience leading accessibility testing teams.
- Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1, WCAG 2.2, Section 508, ADA, and PDF/UA standards.
- Hands-on experience with accessibility testing tools including axe DevTools, WAVE, and ANDI.
- Experience using assistive technologies such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ARIA, and semantic HTML.
- Experience performing manual and automated accessibility testing.
- Knowledge of web, mobile, and document accessibility testing.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, mentoring, and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Accessibility certifications such as CPACC, WAS, CPWA, Trusted Tester, or equivalent.
- Experience conducting accessibility audits for web applications, mobile applications, ePub, and digital documents (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with accessibility consulting, enterprise applications, and governance frameworks.
- Knowledge of global accessibility regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting pre-sales initiatives and RFP responses.
