Role Description The Test Coordinator role at PW is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

The Test

Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and organizing academic tests and assessments across relevant courses and batches. Daily tasks include coordinating with faculty and operations teams, ensuring accurate test paper distribution, monitoring test execution, and managing test logistics such as venues, invigilators, and student communication. The role involves tracking test timelines, maintaining records of test completion, and supporting quality assurance processes related to test content and delivery.

The Test





Coordinator also collaborates on test strategy improvements, reports issues, and helps ensure a smooth and standardized testing experience for learners.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in test coordination and test management to handle scheduling, logistics, and communication across multiple batches and centers.
- Candidates should possess solid capabilities in test execution and quality assurance to oversee tests, ensure adherence to guidelines, and maintain accuracy and fairness.
- Candidates should possess experience in test strategy to contribute to test design, structure, and continuous improvement of assessment processes.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in education, management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with faculty, operations teams, and students.
- Prior experience in educational institutions, exam operations, or assessment management is beneficial.
- Proficiency with basic office productivity tools and data handling (e.g., spreadsheets, learning management systems) is advantageous.
