Job Summary

AQM Technologies is seeking an experienced Test Delivery Manager with over 15 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) domain. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Core Banking, extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance, and a proven track record of managing end-to-end testing engagements, project delivery, and large QA teams.

The candidate should have hands-on experience working with Finacle, TCS BaNCS, or Finastra and a robust understanding of Core Banking operations, banking products, and payment systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end testing activities, including Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Execution, Defect Management, Test Reporting, and Delivery Governance.
- Manage testing for Core Banking implementation, migration, upgrade, enhancement, and transformation projects.
- Lead, mentor, and manage QA teams by planning resource allocation, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with Business, Development, Infrastructure, Client, and Vendor teams to drive successful project execution.
- Review business requirements and functional specifications to define comprehensive testing strategies and execution plans.
- Track project progress,



identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans to ensure quality deliverables.
- Oversee Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production Validation.
- Conduct defect triage meetings, prioritize issues, and ensure timely resolution in collaboration with development teams.
- Prepare and present testing dashboards, project status reports, quality metrics, and delivery updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, testing best practices, and organizational delivery processes.

Required Skills & Experience

- 15+ years of experience in Software Testing, Test Management, and Project Delivery within the BFSI domain.
- Strong functional expertise in Core Banking, including:
- CASA (Current Account & Savings Account)

- Term Deposits

- Retail Lending
- Good understanding of Banking Payment Systems and banking operations.
- Hands-on experience with Finacle, TCS BaNCS, or Finastra.
- Proven experience leading and managing multiple QA teams across large-scale testing programs.
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), Test Planning, Test Execution, Defect Lifecycle Management, and Release Management.
- Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Core Banking transformation, migration, modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, ISTQB, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certifications will be an added advantage.
