Role & responsibilities

- Resolve critical technical issues and customer complaints
- Support dealerships in improving workshop efficiency and turnaround time
- Implement service strategies and customer satisfaction (SAS) initiatives
- Conduct service process audits and ensure quality compliance
- Manage technical campaigns and vehicle recall activities
- Train dealership teams on current products, systems, and service processes
- Analyze workshop performance data and recommend improvement plans

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong technical knowledge of automobiles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Business acumen to improve dealership performance
- Willingness to travel extensively and work under pressure

Eligibility

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering only
- Maximum Age: 32 years
