Key Responsibilities Specification Sales & Business Development - Generate product specifications with architects, interior designers, consultants, and design firms.

- Promote Solid Surface Solutions across commercial, hospitality, healthcare, retail, residential, education, and institutional projects.
- Conduct product presentations, technical seminars, sample demonstrations, and design workshops.
- Build strong relationships with key influencers to establish the brand as the preferred specification partner.
- Track specifications through project execution and ensure successful business conversion.

Project

Sales - Identify upcoming projects and maintain a healthy project pipeline.

- Engage with developers, contractors, PMCs, fabricators, and installers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely technical support, quotations, and project execution.
- Drive project closures by supporting customers through technical and commercial discussions. Channel & Fabricator Development - Strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, fabricators,



and channel partners.
- Identify and appoint recent channel partners to improve market reach.
- Conduct product training programs for dealers, fabricators, and channel partners.
- Support partners in developing business opportunities and increasing secondary sales.

Customer Relationship

Management - Develop long-term relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and key accounts.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular engagement and responsive support.
- Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with technical, operations, and service teams.

Sales

Planning & Reporting - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Maintain project pipelines, customer interactions, and opportunity tracking through CRM.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reviews, and market intelligence reports.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, specifications, and emerging market trends.
