Responsibilities: 1. Recruiting, onboarding, and licensing financial advisors and agents within the designated location.

- Training and mentoring agency partners to build product knowledge, sales pitch capabilities, and client acquisition techniques.
- Driving top-line revenue growth by managing individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Conducting regular joint field calls and client meetings with advisors to assist in closing high-value life insurance policies.




- Monitoring advisor activity levels, pipeline conversion ratios, and overall portfolio quality to ensure sustained productivity.
- Implementing sales promotions, recognition drives, and performance incentives to maintain high advisor engagement and retention.

Requirements: 1. Possessing more than 5 years of core experience in Tied Agency or Variable Agency models within a Top 10 Life Insurance firm.

- Demonstrating at least 2 years of dedicated experience in advisor recruitment, onboarding, and sales enablement.
- Providing documented proof of target vs. achievement track record, incentive earnings, and fast-track promotions.
- Holding a mandatory full-time Graduation degree with complete supporting marksheets and certificates.
- Demonstrating deep local market familiarity and prior work experience in the applied location.
- Displaying robust communication, relationship management, and sales leadership abilities.
