Role & responsibilities

- Prepare tender synopsis and review tender documents.

- Identify project scope, BOQ, quantities, and billing methodology.

- Perform rate analysis and cost estimation for tenders.

- Prepare technical bids, commercial bids, and compliance statements.

- Compile and submit complete tender documents within timelines.

- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Execution, Accounts, and other internal departments for bid preparation.

- Obtain quotations from approved vendors and subcontractors.

- Track commercial documents, COP, and COS throughout the tender process.

- Support billing activities and maintain commercial records.

- Identify contractual risks and recommend commercial improvements to management.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 3-4 years of relevant experience,



or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5-6 years of relevant experience.

- Hands-on experience in Tendering, Estimation, Rate Analysis, BOQ, and Cost Estimation.

- Strong knowledge of Technical & Commercial Bid Preparation.

- Experience in EPC, Industrial Construction, Buildings, Roads, Highways, or Bridge Projects.

- Positive understanding of billing methodology, contractual terms, and tender documentation.

- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and subcontractors.

- Proficient in MS Excel and other tendering-related documentation tools.

- Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills with attention to detail.
