Civil Engineer cum Tender Management

Job Summary We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented Civil Engineer cum Tender Executive who will be responsible for handling government and private tenders while supporting project planning, estimation, quantity surveying, and execution of sports infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of civil engineering along with experience in tender documentation, estimation, BOQ preparation, and project coordination.

Experience with sports infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities Tender Management

- Search and identify suitable Government, Semi-Government, PSU, and Private tenders through e-procurement portals.
- Study tender documents, technical specifications, eligibility criteria, and BOQs. • Prepare complete technical and commercial bid documents. • Coordinate with management, vendors, consultants, and clients for tender submission.
- Ensure timely submission of bids before deadlines.
- Maintain tender records, bid status reports, and documentation. • Handle post-tender clarifications and correspondence. Civil Engineering & Project Responsibilities.
- Prepare quantity estimates, BOQs, and cost estimations.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements. •Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors.




- Conduct site visits for measurements and technical assessments.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, and timelines.
- Verify contractor bills and measurements.
- Assist in planning, execution, and completion of sports infrastructure projects.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Vendor & Documentation
- Obtain quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
- Prepare comparative statements for procurement.
- Maintain project documentation, approvals, and reports.
- Support contract preparation and project handover documentation. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
- Diploma candidates with relevant experience may also be considered. Experience
- 38 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Tendering, or Estimation.
- Experience in Construction, Infrastructure, Sports Infrastructure, or Civil Projects is preferred.
- Experience in Government Tendering will be an added advantage.

Technical Skills • AutoCAD • MS Excel • MS Word & PowerPoint • BOQ Preparation • Quantity Surveying • Rate Analysis • Estimation & Costing • Knowledge of GeM Portal, CPP Portal, State Tender Portals, and other e-Tendering platforms
- Basic knowledge of Project Planning Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
