Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-15 years of relevant experience in Civil Engineering, EPC, Building Construction, Tendering, Estimation,



Costing, or Pre-Construction.
- Proven experience with a Tier-1 General Contractor or reputed EPC/Construction company, with exposure to large-scale building projects.
- Strong expertise in Tender Estimation, Bid Management, Cost Estimation, Rate Analysis, Costing, BOQ, Quantity Take-Off, and Commercial Negotiation.
- Strong knowledge of Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP scope coordination.
- Experience handling developer- and PMC-led tendering and post-bid negotiation processes.
- Solid negotiation skills with vendors, subcontractors, clients, developers, and consultants.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar software) and MS Office/Excel for tender preparation and estimation.
- Excellent analytical, commercial, leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
