Job Title Tender Executive Department Tender Location M s Commando Industril Security Force Current Forest Colony Beside Vision Enclave Apartment Head Office Hazaribagh- 825301 Jharkhand Job Summary The Tender Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process including reviewing tender documents evaluating project feasibility coordinating internal inputs preparing submissions and supporting the bidding strategy The role requires strong analytical organizational and communication skills to ensure timely and competitive tender submissions Key Responsibilities Review and analyze tender documents contracts and scope of works Evaluate the feasibility of tender requirements including technical financial and qualification criteria Coordinate and communicate with internal departments e g finance technical teams to gather required information for bids Prepare detailed presentations risk matrices and reports for management review and decision-making Assist in drafting and compiling tender documents including compliance checklists and supporting documentation Ensure tender submissions are delivered on time in full compliance with client requirements Maintain records of submitted tenders and track the status of ongoing bids Conduct post-tender clarifications and negotiations if required Stay up-to-date with market trends competitor analysis and tender opportunities Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management Engineering or a related field Prior experience in a similar role is highly advantageous Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Strong communication coordination and negotiation skills Proficient in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint and tendering software tools High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Preferred Skills Knowledge of procurement processes and legal contractual terms Understanding of commercial risk assessment Experience in handling government or private sector tenders Job Type Full-time Pay 9 212 84 - 31 484 40 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
