Key Responsibilities

Monitor tender portals (GeM, for gas supply tenders

Evaluate tender requirements for industrial/medical/specialty gases

Prepare and submit techno-commercial bids for:

Cylinder supply, pipeline supply, and bulk contracts

Coordinate with

Production team (capacity & availability)

Logistics team (transport & cylinder movement)

Finance (pricing, EMD, BGs)

Ensure compliance with safety standards and certifications (PESO, ISO, etc.)

Prepare costing sheets, price bids, and commercial terms

Manage tender documentation

EMD/Bid Security

Bank Guarantees

Technical datasheets & compliance sheets

Track deadlines and ensure error-free submission (online/offline)

Handle post-bid clarifications, reverse auctions, and negotiations





Maintain records of submitted bids, outcomes, and competitor analysis

Required Skills:

Understanding of tendering in industrial gases / manufacturing sector

Solid analytical and documentation skills

Basic understanding of pricing, costing, and margins

High attention to detail and deadline management

Good communication & coordination skills

Knowledge of GeM portal

Salary Upto : 30k
