We are looking for an experienced Tender & Empanelment Specialist to manage end-to-end tendering activities, including empanelments, bid preparation, and submission for both government and private sector opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track relevant tender opportunities from government and private procurement portals
- Manage empanelment processes with government departments, PSUs, and private organizations
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial tender documents
- Ensure timely submission of bids through portals such as GeM and other e-procurement platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather compliance and supporting documents
- Maintain records of tenders, submissions, and follow-ups
Requirements
✔ Prior experience in Tendering and Empanelments
✔ Bachelor’s degree required
✔ Solid understanding of government procurement portals (GeM, eProcurement, etc.)
✔ Excellent documentation, communication, and coordination skills
✔ Strong people management and stakeholder handling skills
