Designation : Tendering & Proposal Engineer (API 650 tank )

Roles and Responsibilities aTendering & Proposal Engineer (API 650 tank or similar)

- Check various Tender Search systems on a daily basis and identify any contracts which may be of interest to the Company.
- Prepare The Tender Synopsis highlighting Scope of work, Eligibility Criteria,Check List etc.
- Prepare & compile query list.
- To follow relevant procedures for Tender compilation and ensure tender, submission as per relevant timelines.
- Responsible for ensuring tenders are submitted consistently ahead of the deadlines set by the tendering authority or body.
- Manage the tender submission through its entire life cycle.
- The position requires that tenders and business proposals meet all relevant specifications; are in line with the most recent research available and best practice; and are compliant with client requirements.
- Prepare technical & commercial proposals.
- Attend clarification meetings with Client when required.




- Ensure that tenders meet company commercial guidelines and have the necessary sign off in accordance with the delegation of authority guidelines.
- Take responsibility for all associated handover documentation in the event of an order.
- Be familiar with the general specifications and market requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical).

- Experience: 5 to 7 years
- Must have knowledge of all Tender Documents, Letters, Knowledge of

Government departments, sectors etc.
- Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation,tender reviews and deadlines,
- Ability to coordinate several tasks at a time.
- Good communication skills including fluent verbal and written English skills,valuable in MS office.
- Must have exposure of handling online tenders.
- Candidates must have experience on searching Tenders on various websites & he have experience on tender documentation.
