A Telecaller is responsible for engaging with customers over the phone to promote courses and services, gather leads, and provide customer support.

Key responsibilities include

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to inbound inquiries.

- Explain courses, fees, and program benefits to potential candidates.

- Generate leads and convert inquiries into admissions.

- Follow up regularly with interested students.

- Maintain accurate records of calls and student information in the CRM.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.

- Address customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

- Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and parents.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.

- Robust convincing and negotiation skills.

- Valuable time management and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
