Key Responsibilities

- Contact leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, website, and referrals.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

- Explain Ossom's Hair, Skin, Dental, and Body Contouring treatments.

- Understand patient concerns and recommend suitable consultation appointments.

- Convert enquiries into confirmed clinic visits and treatment bookings.

- Follow up with prospective patients until conversion.

- Maintain accurate records in CRM and update lead status daily.

- Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors and clinic staff.

- Handle patient objections confidently and professionally.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and revenue targets.

- Re-engage inactive and old leads through follow-up campaigns.

- Collect patient feedback after consultations and treatments.

- Support promotional campaigns and special offers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
