Office Time - 10-7 Days - Tuesday to Sunday Call customers and explain skating products, prices, sizes, and availability. Understand whether the customer needs beginner, intermediate, or skilled equipment. Recommend suitable skates, wheels, bearings, helmets, guards, and accessories.
Follow up on website, WhatsApp, Instagram, and showroom enquiries. Maintain customer records and update leads in Shopify/WATI. Confirm orders, payments, delivery addresses, and shipping status. Follow up on abandoned carts and pending payments.
Provide polite after-sales support and handle basic complaints. Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and technical teams. Inform existing customers about new products, offers, and restocks. Collect customer feedback and encourage reviews.
Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and monthly sales targets. Never make false product claims or contact customers without proper consent.
