Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Explain company products and services effectively. Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales. Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle customer queries professionally.
Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Prepare daily call and sales reports.
