Department: Sales & Business Development Employment Type: Full-Time (6-Day Working) Location: Perungudi, Chennai About the Role At Policybazaar, our Telesales Associates are the core engine of our customer journey. You will act as a trusted advisor to potential policyholders, contacting company-provided, warm leads who are actively looking for insurance options on our platform.

Key Responsibilities - Lead Engagement: Contact pre-qualified, inbound leads provided by the company platform (no cold knocking required).

- Consultative Selling: Analyze customer profiles to recommend suitable Health, Life/Term, Motor, or General Insurance solutions based on coverage and price.
- Policy Conversion: Guide customers through the end-to-end purchasing process, address objections, explain key policy terms clearly, and drive closures over the phone.
- Follow-Ups: Maintain consistent follow-up schedules with high-intent prospects via calls or digital channels (e.G., WhatsApp) to maximize conversion rates.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Accurately update call logs, customer interactions, lead statuses, and sales transactions in CRM system.
- Target Achievement:



Consistently achieve daily/weekly/monthly productivity KPIs (talk time, call volume, conversion ratios, and revenue targets).

Required Qualifications & Skills - Education: 12th Pass / Higher Secondary or Graduate in any discipline.

- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or BPO/Customer Support. (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome!)
- Language Skills: Fluency in Tamil / English. Proficiency in regional languages
- Skills: Strong persuasive communication, active listening, negotiation, and a target-driven mindset.
- Adaptability: Quick learner capable of understanding complex insurance plans, coverage rules, and financial terms.

Compensation & Perks - Fixed Base Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 / month (experience level).
