Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Senior Associate — Finance to manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, vendor management, reconciliations, and statutory compliance (GST & TDS) in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

- AP: End-to-end invoice verification, 3-way matching, payment processing, vendor ledger reconciliation.
- AR: Raise accurate invoices, track collections, follow up on outstanding receivables, monitor aging reports.
- Vendor Management:



Coordinate with vendors, maintain master records, ensure compliance documentation.
- GST & TDS: Correct GST application, input credit reconciliation, TDS deduction, return filing support.
- Month-End: Support closing activities, maintain documentation and audit trails.

Must-Have Skills

- 1–3 years hands-on experience in AP/AR
- Strong GST and TDS compliance knowledge
- MS Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reconciliation sheets)
- Experience with Tally / Zoho / SAP or similar ERP
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills

Good to Have

- Startup / e-commerce environment experience
- Exposure to audit processes
- Basic understanding of financial reporting
