- Complete knowledge of recruitment process from screening to onboarding.
- Conducting the joining formalities, exit interview and relieving process.
- Payroll management.
- Knowledge of Labour laws and its applicability.
- Experience in handling the HR process in manufacturing organization.
- Positive oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of ISO9001/ IATF 16949.
- Identification of training needs, conducting training, measuring its effectiveness.
- Knowledge about leave policies, overtime calculations.
- Able to derive new policies and procedures for the HR department.
- Good in planning.
