Warade Packtech is seeking a skilled and dedicated Fitter to join our manufacturing team at our Wasuli, Pune facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical components and packaging machinery.

Responsibilities

- Assemble and fit mechanical components as per drawings
- Install and align machines and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and breakdown repairs
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Ensure proper functioning of machinery
- Follow safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with production team to minimize downtime

Requirements

- ITI Fitter certification (Mandatory)




- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing/packaging industry preferred
- Knowledge of machine assembly and maintenance
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
