Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain accurate food costing for all menu items.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly food cost percentages and analyze variances.
- Conduct recipe costing and update costs based on changes in ingredient prices.
- Verify purchase invoices, supplier pricing, and inventory records.
- Reconcile stock consumption with sales and identify discrepancies.
- Perform inventory valuation and coordinate periodic physical stock counts.
- Analyze wastage, spoilage, and yield losses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare food cost reports, gross profit analysis, and management dashboards.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.
- Coordinate with purchasing, kitchen, and operations teams to improve cost efficiency.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger activities as required.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of financial records.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
