Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the Finance & Accounts department.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.
- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and banking operations.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor financial risks and implement effective internal controls.
- Prepare MIS reports, profitability analysis, and financial dashboards for management.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of accounting records in ERP/Tally/SAP.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.




- Support business expansion through financial planning and strategic decision-making.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Financial Reporting, Taxation, and Compliance.
- Expertise in Budgeting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), Cash Flow Management, and Cost Control.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, SAP, Oracle, ERP systems, and Advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.

Qualification

- CA (Preferred) / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent qualification.

Pay: Up to ₹65,000.00 per month
