About the Role

SuperLabs is hiring for a fast-moving, early-stage digital platform in the music and creator ecosystem, focused on building a strong foundation of creators, content, and community within a specific cultural niche.

This is not a traditional marketing role.

We are looking for someone who can drive creator growth, build community from zero, execute content-led distribution, and improve user activation in an early-stage environment.

You will work closely with the core team to shape how this platform attracts creators, engages them, and turns early traction into repeatable growth.

What You’ll Own

1. Creator Acquisition

- Identify and engage relevant creators within a defined niche (initial focus on music culture)
- Execute outbound and inbound outreach across platforms (DMs, email, communities)
- Build repeatable systems for sourcing, tracking, and converting creators

2. Content & Distribution

- Plan and execute short-form and social content aligned with the target audience
- Drive organic growth through culturally relevant content formats
- Test content themes that lead to sign-ups, engagement, and creator interest

3. Community Building

- Build relationships with early users and creators
- Create simple but effective community touchpoints
- Ensure early users feel engaged, supported, and part of something growing

4. Activation & Retention

- Improve onboarding flows and first-user experience
- Increase first action rates (e.g., content uploads, engagement)
- Identify drop-offs and improve conversion across the funnel

- Run weekly experiments across channels, messaging, and formats
- Track what drives real outcomes (not just views or impressions)
- Iterate quick based on data and feedback

- Increase in qualified creator sign-ups
- Improvement in creator activation rates
- Consistent content output and distribution
- Early community engagement signals
- Clear insights into what channels and messaging work
- Creation of repeatable growth loops

Who This Role Is For

This role is ideal for someone who:

- Understands internet culture and creator behavior
- Has worked on audience growth, community, or creator ecosystems
- Is comfortable executing, not just planning
- Can operate in an unstructured, early-stage environment
- Has strong instincts for what works vs what feels forced

Must-Have Requirements

- 3–5 years experience in:
- Growth marketing / community / creator marketing / content-led growth
- Strong understanding of:
- Social platforms, short-form content, and creator ecosystems
- Proven ability to:
- Grow an audience, community, or user base
- Strong written communication and content instincts
- Comfortable with direct outreach and relationship-building
- High ownership and bias toward execution

Good-to-Have

- Experience in music,



creator economy, or youth culture platforms
- Experience working in early-stage startups
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, basic analytics, CRM tools
- Experience with creator onboarding or ambassador programs

Compensation

- ₹12L – ₹18L (depending on experience and capability)
- Performance-linked upside based on growth outcomes
