Hardware Design Engineer – MedTech

Location: Pune ( near Nashik Phata Metro Station)

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Hardware Design Engineer to develop medical devices such as Patient Monitors, Pulse Oximeters, BP Monitors, Glucometers, ECG Devices, and future wearable/implantable products.

Key Responsibilities

- Design electronic circuits and create schematics.
- Develop multi-layer PCB layouts using Altium/KiCad/EasyEDA.
- Select components and prepare BOMs.
- Work with microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32, ARM Cortex).
- Interface sensors, displays, communication modules, and power circuits.
- Implement and debug UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, USB, and BLE communication.
- Perform board bring-up, testing, troubleshooting, and validation.
- Generate manufacturing files (Gerber, BOM, Assembly Drawings).
- Collaborate with firmware, biomedical, and mechanical engineers.

Required Skills

- Robust analog and digital electronics fundamentals.
- PCB Design & Schematic Capture.
- Communication Protocols: UART, I2C, SPI, CAN.




- Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, Multimeter debugging.
- Power supply design, battery-powered systems, signal conditioning.
- Knowledge of EMI/EMC and medical device design practices.

Preferred

- Experience with Altium Designer or KiCad.
- Experience in medical, automotive, industrial, or embedded hardware products.
- Knowledge of IEC 60601 or medical device standards is a plus.

Education

- BE/BTech/MTech in Electronics, E&TC;, Embedded Systems, Instrumentation, Biomedical Electronics, or related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
