- Project Coordination: Interact with the Clients and Technical Team, via Con-calls & Client meetings, and be accountable for the Project Delivery & Timelines.
- Requirement Gathering: Understand Client’s Business and provide Solutions pertaining to their business needs.
- Proficient in writing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Project Plans.
- Client Management: Understand Client’s Business and capture the appropriate requirements.
- Should have experience in handling and generating online leads from different platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn etc)
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems & able to approach related projects
- Confidence working with complex data and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ,
and the ability to work with people at all levels of an organization
- Possess good functional knowledge of Project requirement management & transfer detailed plan to internal team.
