Key Responsibilities

- Site Supervision & Execution: Supervise day-to-day construction activities, including subcontractors and labor force, to ensure work adheres to blueprints and design specifications.
- Technical Planning & Layout: Perform site layout, surveying, and leveling using equipments to set out the site accurately.
- Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with company quality standards, building codes, and legal regulations.
- Project Scheduling & Reporting: Monitor daily site activities, maintain site records, and provide regular reports to project management regarding progress, potential delays, and material requirements.
- Coordination & Liaison: Act as the key liaison between the developer’s project management team, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely material delivery and task execution.
- Safety Compliance:



Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring a secure work environment for all personnel.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably with a property developer or main contractor.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in reading structural drawings and CAD software.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
