- Operate Komori six-color offset printing machine efficiently.
- Set up printing jobs as per production schedule and job specifications.
- Adjust feeder, ink, dampening, registration, and delivery systems.
- Ensure proper paper loading and smooth machine running.
- Monitor color consistency, registration, density, and print quality during production.
- Conduct first-off approval and periodic quality checks.
- Minimize wastage and ensure adherence to customer specifications.
- Identify and rectify print defects such as scumming, ghosting, hickeys, set-off, and misregistration
- Strong knowledge of offset printing processes.
- Expertise in operating Komori six-color printing machines.
- Understanding of color matching and print quality standards.
- Ability to read job cards and production instructions.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
