Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer queries and provide basic support
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 years experience can apply
- Minimum qualification: Any Degree
- Good communication skills (English / Hindi / Kannada)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
