Automobile Technicians to provide roadside assistance to customers. The role involves attending vehicle breakdowns, identifying problems, and performing basic repairs to get customers back on the road safely.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend roadside assistance calls on time.
- Check and identify vehicle problems.
- Perform battery jump-starts, tyre changes, and basic mechanical or electrical repairs.
- Help customers with vehicle lockout and other emergency situations.
- Update job details using the company mobile app.
- Provide friendly and skilled customer service.
- Follow company safety guidelines and standard procedures.

Eligibility

- ITI / Diploma in Automobile Engineering or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in automobile service or roadside assistance.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle repair and troubleshooting.
- Valid Two-Wheeler and Four-Wheeler Driving Licence (Mandatory).
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Basic knowledge of using smartphones and mobile apps.
- Good communication and customer service skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
