Key Responsibilities:

- New Product Development (NPD)
- Product performance sustainability & continuous improvement
- Complaint analysis & CAPA implementation
- Vendor evaluation & development
- Product benchmarking & technology roadmap
- Product costing, BOM management & batch traceability
- Service performance monitoring
- Product standards, approvals & technical training

Preferred Experience:

Candidates must with experience in:

- Mixer Grinder, Washing Machine,Jucier,AC
- Electric Fans,Air fryer,Induction Stove
- Electric Water Heater

Qualification:

- B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
