About the Role

The Salesforce Consultant will work closely with internal teams to understand business requirements, design solutions, and configure Salesforce to optimize processes. The role requires a blend of technical knowledge, business understanding, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

- Configure Salesforce, including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation.

- Build dashboards and reports for business insights.

- Support data migration and maintain data quality.

- Collaborate with developers for advanced customizations,



if required.

- Provide end-user training and ongoing support.

- Ensure Salesforce best practices are followed.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

- Experience with Flows, Process Builder, and automation tools.

- Ability to create reports and dashboards.

- Knowledge of user management (profiles, roles, permissions).

- Robust problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification

- Salesforce Platform App Builder certification

- Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification

Education

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Computer Science or related preferred).
